These terms cover your use of Carda. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Using Carda
Carda is for managing your own professional relationships. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the contacts, notes and data you add. You give us the limited rights we need to store, process and show that content back to you, including sending it to the service providers in our privacy policy to deliver the features you use.
AI features
Transcriptions, briefings and drafted messages are written automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them or send them. You are responsible for how you use them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Carda to break the law, send spam, or store data about people that you have no right to hold. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
Availability
We work to keep Carda available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. Features may change as the product grows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Carda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the app.
Changes and contact
